Growing up in a household of immigrant parents, Chef Sage Telfort learned early on that food was more than just nourishment — it was a love language. As a child, he watched his mother wake up as early as 4:00 AM to prepare fresh, authentic Haitian meals before heading off to a 10-hour workday. Her dedication, sacrifice, and culinary craft left a lasting impression — one that would later become the foundation for Sage’s Kitchen.

After graduating from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, Sage took a leap of faith and launched his own catering brand. Fueled by passion, skill, and the power of social media, Chef Sage quickly built a loyal following, showcasing his culinary creations and growing reputation.
